Where do you deliver?
Our delivery services cater to all destinations!

What are the shipping charges?
We offer shipping for orders going to the USA and Europe—our prices include the shipping cost.
For deliveries to destinations, you will find that the shipping charges differ depending on where you are. You can check out the rates during checkout.
Please keep in mind that if you’re sending items outside of the US there might be duties and taxes. Feel free to get in touch with us. We would gladly give you a calculation, for these expenses.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Typically we aim to process and ship your order within 6 to 15 business days.
Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet there might be a chance to change the shipping address by contacting our customer service team. However, if the order has already been shipped it may not be possible to modify the shipping address.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Rest assured, as soon as our quality control team gives the go-ahead for your purchase we’ll promptly provide you with a tracking number. Keep an eye, on this number to stay informed about the progress of your order.
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Absolutely! You have a 24-hour window after placing your order during which you can cancel and receive a refund. Please note that orders cannot be canceled beyond this timeframe. We appreciate your understanding!
Taxes and Duties for International Shipping
For orders being shipped within the USA any applicable local state sales tax will be added as required.
As our valued customer it is important for you to let us know if you have purchased any property that has not been taxed by Azele Design. In this case, it is your responsibility to pay the use tax on those items unless they are exempt according to State law. It’s worth mentioning that duties are not applicable, for shipments, within the United States.
For orders placed outside the United States, we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the final purchase price does not include import taxes and duties. Our shipping partner will send you an invoice. It will be your responsibility to settle all charges related to your order. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
