While we aim for your satisfaction with every order we encourage you to review the images and descriptions before making a purchase. As stated in our policy we do not accept returns. We appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team before finalizing your order.
What should you do if the product arrives damaged during shipping?
If your product arrives with any damage from its journey please contact us immediately. We may request some photos of the damage to assist us in resolving the issue. Rest assured that we are here to work together and ensure that things are made right for you.
What steps should you take if you receive the product?
In the event that you receive an item that’s different from what you ordered please reach out to us promptly. We are committed, to working with you effectively in order to address the issue and ensure that you receive the product. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
Absolutely! If your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse there may be a possibility of canceling it.
